Laís B. Passarelli
Managing Partner and founder of Passarelli in 1991. She has been in the executive search and talent management areas since 1986.
She held executive positions on Technology and Financial Services companies.
Ten years on the Advisory Board of INAC – Global Search Excellence – www.inac-global.com. She also led the association activities in Latin America.
Member of AMCHAM – American Chamber of Commerce in Sao Paulo, she belongs to the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and since 2004 she is a member of the Strategic Committee for People Management in Sao Paulo. This AMCHAM group brings together 40 of the most influential HR executives in Brazil and Latin America.
She is an ICF – International Coaching Federation certified coach.
Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Sao Paulo – USP.
Master’s degree in Professional Careers, Social Psychology and Labor, from the University of Sao Paulo – USP
Heloísa Finotti
Heloisa has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and assumed management positions in the sectors of Service, Consulting and Industries companies.
Since 2000 working at Passarelli, she is a specialist in leading projects of executive search for national companies and processes of professionalization, succession and corporate governance.
Serves the sectors of Education, Health, Industrial, Infrastructure, Services and Technology.
Holds a degree in Psychology and a postgraduate in Psychodrama and Social Psychology. Post graduated in Project Management.
Elisama Cintra
She began her career in Human Resources working for an American multinational company from the food sector in the Training and Development area.
She has been working for 18 years in recruitment, selection and evaluation of executives and has been working at Passarelli since 2007.
She has experience in startup projects and structuring of business areas in the sectors of Telecommunications and Technology.
Serves companies in the sectors of Agribusiness, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical and Retail.
Holds a degree in Psychology and a postgraduate in Business Administration with emphasis in Business Management.
